Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging or appropriate packaging to avoid damage in transit.
  • Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or non-compliance with the order.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or non-compliance with the order.

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service for return authorization and additional instructions.
  • Pack the item carefully in appropriate packaging.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice or purchase order in the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. If the item is approved for refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method as soon as possible, less applicable return shipping costs, if applicable.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
