1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the Dakar region, Senegal. For any delivery requests outside of this area, please contact us to discuss the options available.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on product availability and the delivery area:
- For products in stock in our warehouse in Dakar, orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- For products that are out of stock or require special manufacturing, please see the product page for more accurate lead time estimates.
- Delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, holidays and other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any possible delays.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, the delivery distance and the shipping options chosen. Delivery costs will be displayed during the ordering process and will be added to the order total before payment.
4. Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message, depending on the information provided during checkout. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
5. Delivery Options
We offer different delivery options to meet your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Delivery to your home or to a specified address in the Dakar region within the deadlines mentioned.
- Express Delivery: Fast delivery service for urgent orders, with additional charges. Please contact us for more details on this option.
